Haven't read it--I've gathered, however, that it doesn't quite have the same roller coaster must-read-all-in-one-night-NOW plotting that HP did.

Even if it's true, I can see why Rowling would take a more literary pace in a different genre, and I'm glad to hear some of what I love about her writing in your quote. :)
